The Incredible No Show

It is now 5.30pm.

We were SUPPOSED to move today. Guess what? They didn't show AGAIN!

Big surprise there. Good ole Turkish reliability for you.

We waited the whole damn day.

At 4pm they called to say they have "loaded the truck but customs won't let big trucks on the roads between 4-6pm"
So they can't come.

They MUST HAVE KNOWN this beforehand seeing that this is not their first moving job!
WTF!????????????????????????????????????

Someone please give me a loaded gun for my birthday.

I'm not going to go back to The Addin's shop to return the Magic Carpet I bought for your birthday (although I still don't know where I should send it). Not even sure if loaded guns in the hands of pregnant women (or pregnant men) are a good idea (in the USA pregnancy is as good an excuse for murder as insanity is). Come to think of it... That diving harpoon is hopefully locked away well.

Anyway, I'm sure the truck will arrive eventually. Then, after paying a little more money than you anticipated, everything will be in your house too. And this doesn't just happen in Turkey... When I moved to New York my stuff was held hostage too.
